All City Sights '44 miniature buildings are artistically created impressions of real structures. This piece represents a famous building in West Greenwich Village, New York City that was built in the 1920s. The interior is illuminated by a 110vac bright led bulb. The exterior artwork is created using computer based graphic design software. The walls are laser cut, white melamine Masonite hardboard. The scale of all CitySights'44 building is suitable to match with Department 56, Lemax, Dickensville and other Holiday Village pieces.
