The Bethesda Terrace and Fountain Area was added to New York City's Central Park was conceived as the central gathering point of art and architecture. Construction began in 1859 and was completed in 1873. The structure features ornate carved stone features from nature and the seasons.
Our completed kit is a faithful rendering of the area, in popular collectible village scale, 3D printed using pure white filament and uv-cured resin materials. The completed set of 3 kits encompasses an area 20 x 29 inches and is about 8 inches tall. Kit 1 is the right side staircase unit. Kit 2 is the left side staircase unit. And kit 3 includes the central arcade and a memorial pedestal version of the dedication plaque. Kits will be introduced one at a time over the course of the Winter of 2026. Accompanying photos are of the prototype during the creation of the parts. The final photo is Belkys Gutierrez' display of the painted and assembled prototype. FYI : Kit 2 will be $89.44 plus tax. Kits were designed by Phil Renninger and created in our shop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Normal time from order date to shipment should be about two weeks.
